摘要 针对新型带外螺纹的自动抽液型洗手液瓶盖的结构特点,进行了注塑成型工艺分析。对外螺纹采用齿轮旋转脱模方式,对出液口弯管采用在弯管滑块动力板上设置倒动槽的方式实现弯管沿芯圆弧路径抽芯,对密封圆弧凹槽采用强制脱模方式,依靠推板推出力提供强制脱模动力;对不同的特征采取不同的脱模方式,顺利实现了塑料件的完整脱模;模具采用LKM-BH两板模结构方式,有效解决了塑件自动化生产的难题。 in view of the structural characteristics of a new type of automatic liquid extraction type hand washing liquid bottle cap with external thread, the injection molding process was analyzed. External screw thread was adopted gear rotary release mode, the liquid outlet pipe into the groove was arranged on the pipe slider plate on the way to achieve dynamic bending along the arc core pulling path, and the sealed arc groove was adopted with forced release mode, relying on the push plate to provide force to push the release force. Taking the release in different ways according to the different characteristics, the complete demoulding of plastic parts was successfully realized. The mold was adopted with LKM-BH two plate mold structure to effectively solve the problem in automatic production the problem of products.
