摘要
核桃灸是隔物灸的一种类型,古已有之,广泛的应用到内、外、妇、儿各科中,其中,以外科应用最广。当代医家通过改良、加工研发为一种新型可以应用到眼科的隔核桃壳眼镜灸。目前,这种灸法对结膜炎、干眼、近视眼、白内障、年龄相关性黄斑变性等眼科疾病有一定疗效。通过对中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库为主的中文数据库进行检索,共计检索出20篇相关文献。检索结果得出,对核桃灸的研究报道较少,多为早年的研究,说明核桃壳灸并未广泛的用于眼科,大部分临床研究选用的样本量小,只有2篇文献进行随机对照实验,尚缺乏大样本的随机对照研究。本文对核桃灸的历史沿革及在眼科方面的研究进展进行整理与总结,以期能够进一步推广应用。
Walnut moxibustion is a kind of separated moxibustion,which has been widely used in internal medicine,surgery,gynecology and pediatrics,of which surgery being the most widely used.Through improvement and processing,a new type of eye moxibustion with walnut shell had been researched and used in ophthalmology.At present,this moxibustion method has certain curative effect in the treatment of conjunctivitis,dry eye,cataract,age related with macular degeneration,myopia and other ocular fundus diseases.Through the retrieval of Chinese and foreign databases,such as China national knowledge internet(CNKI),Wanfang database,VIP database and Pubmed database,a total of 20 related documents were retrieved.According to the retrieval results,there are few reports on Walnut moxibustion,most of which are early studies.It shows that walnut shell moxibustion is not widely used in ophthalmology.The most clinical studies are small sample size researchs,lack of large sample randomized controlled trials.Only two articles are used for randomized controlled trials.In this paper,the historical evolution of walnut moxibustion and its research progress in ophthalmology are summarized in order to further promote its application.
