摘要
目的:观察雷火灸治疗不同程度的短泪膜破裂时间性干眼的临床疗效。方法:针对不同程度的短泪膜破裂时间性干眼患者90例进行雷火灸治疗,疗程10天,以泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、干眼临床症状评分、SchirmerⅠ(泪液分泌)实验为观察指标,比较雷火灸治疗前后指标变化。结果:BUT总有效率为54.44%,其中,轻度干眼(5s<BUT<10s)总有效率为63.33%,中度干眼(3s≤BUT≤5s)总有效率为66.66%,重度干眼(BUT<3s)总有效率为33.33%;临床症状评分:轻度干眼总有效率为73.33%,中度干眼总有效率为70.00%,重度干眼总有效率为66.67%。SchirmerⅠ实验:轻度干眼总有效率为70.00%,中度干眼总有效率为53.33%,重度干眼总有效率为30.00%。结论:雷火灸可显著延长轻中度短泪膜破裂时间性干眼泪膜破裂时间,提高泪膜稳定性,对于重度短泪膜破裂时间性干眼疗效较差。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of thunder fire moxibustion on 90 cases of dry eye with short tear film rupture time,Through the collected curative effect parameters,the difference of curative effect of thunder fire moxibustion on different degrees of dry eye with short tear film rupture time was analyzed.Methods:90 cases of dry eye with short tear film break-up time were treated with thunder fire moxibustion for 10 days.Tear film break-up time(but),clinical symptom score of dry eye and Schirmer I(tear secretion)test were used as observation indexes to compare the changes of indexes before and after thunder fire moxibustion treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 54.44%,of which 63.33%was mild dry eye(5 s<BUT<10 s),66.66%was moderate dry eye(3 s≤BUT≤5 s),33.33%was severe dry eye(BUT<3 s).The effective rate of Clinical symptom score,73.33%was mild dry eye,70.00%was moderate dry eye,The effective rate of severe dry eye was 66.67%.in Schirmer I test,70.00%in mild dry eye,53.33%in moderate dry eye and 30%in severe dry eyeResults:The total effective rate was 54.44%,of which 63.33%was mild dry eye(10 s>BUT>5 s),66.66%was moderate dry eye(3 s≤BUT≤5 s),33.33%was severe dry eye(BUT<3 S).The effective rate of Clinical symptom score,73.33%was mild dry eye,70%was moderate dry eye,The effective rate of severe dry eye was 66.67%.in Schirmer I test,70%in mild dry eye,53.33%in moderate dry eye and 30%in severe dry eye Conclusion:Thunder fire moxibustion can significantly prolong the tear film rupture time of mild to moderate dry eyes with short tear film rupture time and improve the tear film stability,but it has poor effect on severe dry eyes with short tear film rupture time.
