摘要
目的探究真武汤合血府逐瘀汤加减对阳气亏虚血瘀型慢性心力衰竭患者BNP及ACR的影响。方法选取2018年7月—2019年11月于该院住院的阳气亏虚血瘀型慢性心力衰竭患者50例为研究对象;按随机数字表法将患者分为对照组与研究组;对照组给予常规的抗心衰治疗,研究组患者在常规治疗基础上加服真武汤合血府逐瘀汤加减方,疗程均为6周;对比两组患者临床疗效,同时观察两组患者治疗前后B型利钠肽(BNP)与尿蛋白/肌酐比值(ACR)的变化情况。结果治疗后对比,研究组患者心功能治疗总有效率(92.00%)高于对照组(68.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.500,P=0.034);中医症候总有效率(96.00%)高于对照组(76.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.150,P=0.040);而BNP及ACR水平则低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.210、5.090,P<0.05)。结论真武汤合血府逐瘀汤加减能提升阳气亏虚血瘀型慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效,并可防治心衰患者早期肾功能损害。
Objective To explore the effects of Zhenwu Decoction and Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on BNP and ACR in patients with chronic heart failure of deficiency of Yang Qi and blood stasis.Methods Fifty patients with chronic heart failure of Yang Qi deficiency and blood stasis type who were hospitalized in the hospital from July 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects;the patients were divided into a control group and a study group according to a random number table;The patients in the study group were given regular anti-heart failure treatment.The patients in the study group were given Zhenwu Decoction and Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on the basis of conventional treatment.The course of treatment was 6 weeks;the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Type natriuretic peptide(BNP)and urine protein/creatinine ratio(ACR)changes.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of cardiac function therapy in the study group(92.00%)was higher than that of the control group(68.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.500,P=0.034),and the total effective rate of TCM symptoms(96.00%)was higher than that of the control group(76.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.150,P=0.040)while the levels of BNP and ACR were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.210,5.090,P<0.05).Conclusion Zhenwu decoction combined with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction can improve the clinical efficacy of chronic heart failure of yang deficiency and blood stasis type,and can prevent early renal damage in patients with heart failure.
