摘要
两届中国国际进口博览会的成功举办极大地促进了我国对进口食品的需求,同时也推动了跨境冷链物流的发展。在此背景下,利用广义随机Petri网和马尔可夫链对跨境冷链物流流程进行建模和分析。根据广义随机Petri网模型的可达标识集建立同构的马尔可夫链,通过求解库所繁忙率和变迁利用率,找出系统的瓶颈,据此提出流程优化的建议。最后,通过算例证明此方法的可行性,并对跨境冷物流运输的国际运输和报关清关环节提出合理化的建议。
The successful holding of International Import Expo has greatly promoted the demand for imported food and the development of cross-border cold chain logistics.On this background,a method for modeling and analyzing cross-border cold chain logistics processes using generalized stochastic Petri net and Markov Chain is presented.According to the accessible mark set of Petri net model,an isomorphic Markov Chain was established and the place busyness rate and transition utilization rate were solved to find out he bottleneck of the system.The suggestion of process optimization is put forward accordingly.Finally,the feasibility of this method is proved by an example,and some reasonable suggestions are put forward for international transportation and customs clearance of cross-border cold logistics transportation.
