财政学类专业课程思政建设的四个重点问题 被引量:74

摘要 财政学类专业课程思政建设要遵循中央对课程思政建设的总体要求,从学科属性、专业定位、培养目标出发,结合专业课程特点进行探索。应重点关注四个重点问题:加强国情教育,重点加强现实国情教育和中国历史教育,激发学生强烈的爱国情怀和担当意识;强化法治意识,尤其注重强化行使公权力教育和加强权力监督教育;培养公共意识,增强公共责任和公共管理能力;培育人类命运共同体理念,以此作为研究国际财政理论与实践问题的价值导向。 The ideological and political education in curriculum of public finance disciplines should abide by the general requirement from central government and explore the characteristics of professional courses and disciplinary attribute,subject characteristics and training goal.There are four key issues should be given more attention,which include:(1)To strengthen the education of national conditions,which should focus on the Chinese conditions of history and reality to stimulate the strong sense of patriotism and responsibility.(2)To consolidate the consciousness of rule of law,and pay much more attention to the education of exercising public power and power supervision.(3)To develop public awareness and strengthen the public responsibility and public administration capacity.(4)To cultivate the consciousness of a community with a Shared Future for Mankind,which is regarded as the value orientation in the research of theory and practice of international public finance.
