摘要
新文科建设指出跨界大融合是人才培养未来发展方向,厚植新文科建设背景的"五维联动"应用型财务人才培养模式,坚持价值引领与应用能力培育并举,在大融合观的统领下,以全景式专业课程思政、新技术夯实技能短板、多特色平行交融展开、创新能力递进培育为培养路径与差异化人才培养质量评价指标同步跟进多维度联动,培养社会、企业、学生等多方满意的应用型人才。
The construction of new liberal arts points out that cross-border integration is the future development direction of talent cultivation.The"five dimensional linkage"applied financial talent cultivation mode with the background of new liberal arts construction is deeply planted.Under the guidance of the concept of integration,adhering to the value guidance and application ability cultivation,using panoramic professional courses to strengthen the skill short board,developing multi characteristics parallel integration,progressive training innovation ability as the cultivation path,and the quality evaluation index of differentiated talent cultivation following up the multi-dimensional linkage simultaneously to cultivate the application-oriented talents satisfied by society,enterprises and students.
