摘要
科幻小说《三体》的文本特征是情节与知识,口味与科学的交织,主要体现在情节中式化、知识专业化、口味大众化和科学预见化四个方面。文本特征的重塑是《三体》英译获得成功的重要因素,也是科幻小说翻译需要关注的关键环节。在翻译中实现文本特征的重塑,需注意在宏观上把握再现中式特色、传达专业知识、调配读者口味、传播科学精神四项基本方略,微观上进行细节调控,从而为进一步深化中国科幻小说外译研究提供参照。
Science fictionSanti has such text features as plot with Chinese characteristics,knowledge specialization,taste popularization and scientific foresight.This paper summarizes the English translation ofSanti,and holds that the reproduction of text features is an important factor to influence the success of science fiction translation,while the reproduction of Chinese characteristics,the transmission of professional knowledge,the deployment of readers’taste and the dissemination of scientific spirit are the basic strategies to ensure the reproduction of text features.
