摘要
目的探讨涤痰汤对急性脑梗死患者氧化应激反应及血栓弹力图参数的影响。方法按照随机数字表法将98例急性脑梗死患者分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用涤痰汤治疗。治疗14天后,比较2组临床疗效、中医证候评分、血栓弹力图指标及氧化应激产物水平。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),中医证候评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组血栓弹力图参数血细胞凝集块形成时间(K值)、凝血反应时间(R值)较对照组增大(P<0.05),血栓最大振幅(MA值)、血细胞凝集块形成速率(α角)较对照组减小(P<0.05)。观察组超氧化物歧化酶水平较对照组升高(P<0.05),丙二醛水平较对照组降低(P<0.05)。结论涤痰汤可降低急性脑梗死患者氧化应激产物水平,改善机体凝血状态,缓解临床症状,提高治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of Ditan decoction on oxidative stress and thromboelastography parameters in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 98 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Ditan decoction on the basis of the control group.After 14 days of treatment,the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,thromboelastography parameters and level of oxidative stress products were compared in both groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).TCM syndrome scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Thromboelastography parameters blood cell clot formation time(K value)and coagulation reaction time(R value)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while maximal amplitude(MA)and angle of solidification(α)were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the level of superoxide dismutase increased in the observation group(P<0.05),while the level of malondialdehyde decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion Ditan decoction can improve coagulation state,relieve clinical symptoms and improve therapeutic effects by reducing the level of oxidative stress products in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
