摘要
半夏为天南星科植物半夏的干燥块茎,是临床常用的化痰止咳平喘药,具有燥湿化痰、降逆止呕、消痞散结之功效。在半夏中发现的化学成分有生物碱、半夏淀粉、甾醇类、氨基酸、挥发油、芳香族成分、有机酸类、黄酮类、半夏蛋白、鞣质以及多种微量元素等成分。现代临床研究表明半夏有止咳平喘、抗炎、抗衰老、镇静、抗肿瘤、止呕等作用。现将近年来国内就半夏的化学成分和药理作用研究进展概述如下,以期为半夏的深入研究提供一定的科学依据。
Pinellia is a dry tuber of pinellia araceae,which is a commonly used antiphlegm and antitussive antiasthmatic medicine in clinic.It has the effect of eliminating dampness and phlegm,reduce nausea and vomiting and eliminate the bump.The chemical components found in pinellia ternata include alkaloids,pinellia starch,sterols,amino acids,volatile oils,aromatic components,organic acids,flavonoids,pinellia proteins,tannins and many trace elements.Modern clinical research shows that pinellia can relieve cough and asthma,anti-inflammatory,anti-aging,sedative,anti-tumor,anti-nausea and other effects.In recent years,the research progress of the chemical composition and pharmacological action of pinellia ternata has been summarized as follows,in order to provide some scientific basis for the in-depth study of pinellia ternata.
