两种用于小支管振动疲劳评估计数法的差异性 被引量:2

The Difference of Two Cyclic Load Counting Methods for Vibration Fatigue Assessment of Small Branches

摘要 对小支管进行振动疲劳寿命评估,有助于核电工程师合理制定减振改造计划,节省资源。基于最大最小循环计数法和三维雨流计数法分别对实验案例(正弦振动)和工程案例(随机振动)小支管进行振动疲劳循环统计与寿命评估。发现两种方法得到的最大交变应力幅基本相等,疲劳寿命评估值与实际寿命相比均具有较大保守裕度。对于正弦振动,两种方法疲劳寿命评估结果相当;而对于随机振动,三维雨流计数法的统计原理更符合材料实际疲劳机理,寿命评估结果更接近实际值,更适于工程应用。 Assessing vibration fatigue lifespan of small branch pipes is helpful for nuclear power engineers to make reasonable plans for vibration reduction reform and save resources.Vibration fatigue cycle statistics and lifespan assessment of small branch pipes of laboratory case(sinusoidal vibration)and engineering case(random vibration)were carried out respectively based on the maximum-minimum cycle counting method and the three-dimensional rainflow counting method.It is found that the maximum cyclic stress amplitudes obtained by the two counting methods are basically equal.And the fatigue life evaluation values have larger conservative margins compared with the actual life.For sinusoidal vibration,the fatigue life evaluation results of the two methods are similar.For random vibration,the statistical principle of the three-dimensional rainflow method is more agreeable with the actual fatigue mechanism of materials,and the life evaluation results are closer to the actual value.So,it is more suitable for engineering application.
