超大型风电安装船液压升降系统结构件有限元分析 被引量:6

摘要 针对安装平台液压升降系统的单腿的结构形式中焊接结构件力学安全性能问题,如上部导向及铰接梁(yoke),其结构较为复杂,是主要的承力构件,必须要进行设计有限元力学计算以确保结构的安全性。利用有限元分析的方法对液压升降系统的单腿结构的上部导向和铰接梁在风电安装船或平台上升、桩腿下降和预压载工况下进行应力及变形分析计算。结果表明,设计符合材料和规范要求,该结构的力学强度满足要求,不会由于应力集中而带来安全问题。 Aiming at the problem of mechanical safety performance of welded structural parts in the single-leg structure of the platform hydraulic lifting system,in which the upper and middle guide part and Yoke part are the main load-bearing members with complex structure,the finite element analysis(FEA)is necessary to ensure the structural safety.The stress and deformation were assessed by FEA for the structure of the upper guide and a Yokebeam of the hydraulic lifting system of in wind power installation ship under the working states which platform up,leg down and pre-ballast condition.The results showed that design parameters conform to the requirements of the material and regulations,will not bring safety problems due to stress concentration.
