摘要
利用宏观检验、化学成分分析、断口形貌分析、显微组织检验、机械性能测试等试验方法及有限元分析方法对断裂的某220 kV输电线路高压架空地线进行了分析,结果表明,在长期微风振动作用下,架空地线承受交变弯曲应力,在柔性绞线与刚性压接管端部形成应力集中开裂,并以疲劳的方式断股,造成其承载能力大幅下降,最终在自重及风载荷等外力作用下断股的地线彻底断裂并跌落。
The fractured high voltage overhead ground wire of a 220 kV transmission line is investigated by means of macroscopic inspection,chemical composition analysis,fracture morphology analysis,microstructure inspection,mechanical performance test and finite element analysis.The results show that under the action of long⁃term aeolian vibration,the overhead ground wire withstands alternating bending stress,which leads to stress concentration cracking at the ends of flexible steel strands and rigid press⁃connecting⁃tube.Then the ground wire monofilament brake in a fatigue manner,resulting in a significant decline in the load⁃bearing capacity.Finally,under the action of external forces such as self weight and wind load,the ground wire with broken strands completely brakes and fells.
