摘要
对两个采收期(种子黄白色的采Ⅰ和种子黄褐色的采Ⅱ)的真香梨果实进行采后生理、品质变化规律和果实发育期补钙及冷藏对果实品质的影响研究。结果表明:采Ⅰ的真香梨呼吸强度、淀粉含量和淀粉酶活性都较采Ⅱ高,而TSS较低;常温贮藏22 d内,采Ⅰ果实TSS持续升高,Vc和淀粉含量持续下降,其腐烂率较采Ⅱ高;果实发育期补钙可以显著降低采后果实黑点病的发生率,冷藏(50 d内)可以有效抑制黑点病和疑似轮纹病,并维持果实较好的品质。
Post-harvest physiological and quality changes of Zhenxiang pear fruits at two harvesting time(H1 with yellow-white seed and H2 with yellow-brown seeds)and the effects of calcium supplementation during fruit development as well as cold storage on fruit quality were studied.The results showed that respiratory rate,starch content and amylase activity of H1 fruits were higher than those of H2,while TSS of H1 was lower than that of H2.Within 22 days of room temperature storage,TSS of H1 fruits kept increasing,while Vc and starch content kept decreasing,and the fruit rot rate of H1 fruits is higher than that of H1.Calcium supplementation during fruit development significantly reduced the incidence of black spot disease.Under cold storage,the black spot and suspected ring spot were effectively inhibited,and the quality of fruits were maintained well.
