摘要
钙不仅是果树生长发育所必需的一种大量元素,更重要的是作为胞外信号和胞内生理生化反应的第二信使,参与果树生长和发育的调控.笔者概述了外源钙处理对果实生理生化特性的影响,主要内容包括外源钙处理对果实的细胞结构、呼吸作用、乙烯释放、生理病害及冷害的影响.
Calcium is not only a necessary element, but also the second messenger of signal out of cell and physiological and biochemical reaction in cell, regulating the growth and development of fruit trees. The effect of calcium treatment on physiological and biochemical characters of fruits are generalized in this article, including the effect on structure of cell,respiration, release of ethylene, physiological diseases and chilling injury of fruits.
