外源酚酸类物质对檀香幼苗生长和光合特性的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Exogenous Phenolic Acids on Growth and Photosynthesis Characteristics of Santalum album Seedlings

摘要 为了探究外源酚酸类物质对檀香幼苗生长及吸器形成的影响,以檀香实生幼苗为材料,选取3种酚酸类外源物质,设置0、500、1000、1500 mg/L共4个处理,测定檀香幼苗的生长量、吸器数量和大小、生物量及光合特性。结果表明,酚酸种类及其浓度的不同,对檀香幼苗生长的影响也不同。3种酚酸均能促进檀香幼苗吸器的形成,浓度为1000 mg/L时,吸器数量和大小显著高于对照。1000 mg/L酚酸类物质能显著促进檀香幼苗的生长和光合特性,其中,1000 mg/L间苯酚对檀香幼苗苗高、吸盘数量和大小、地上生物量、地下生物量、总生物量和光合特性影响较为显著,显著高于1000 mg/L丁香酸、阿魏酸和对照。1000 mg/L间苯酚是较适宜檀香幼苗生长的外源物质种类和浓度。 In order to explore the effects of Exogenous Phenolic Acids on the growth and haustorium formation of Santalum album seedlings,In this study,Santalum album seedlings were used as materials,0,500,1000 and 1500 mg/L four treatments were set up,measured the growth,haustorium number and size,biomass and photosynthetic characteristics of Santalum album seedlings.The results showed that the different kinds and concentrations of phenolic acids had different effects on the growth of Santalum album seedlings.Three phenolic acids can promote the formation of haustorium in Santalum album seedlings.When the concentration is 1000 mg/L,the number and size of haustorium are significantly higher than the control.1000 mg/L phenolic acids can significantly promote the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of Santalum album seedlings.Among them,1000 mg/L meta phenol has a strong influence on seedling height,haustorium number and size,aboveground biomass,underground biomass,total biomass and photosynthetic characteristics of Santalum album seedlings,significantly higher than 1000 mg/L clove acid,ferulic acid and control.1000 mg/L meta phenol is the suitable exogenous substances and appropriate concentration on he growth of Santalum album seedlings.
