摘要
目的研究百蕊草种子萌发的适宜条件。方法用光照培养箱人工培养的方法研究百蕊草种子萌发适宜条件。结果20~25℃的黑暗环境中百蕊草种子萌发率达72.50%~75.00%,且幼苗生长健壮;其寄主白茅根系分泌物可促进百蕊草种子萌发,萌发率可达76.67%。结论百蕊草种子萌发的适宜条件为20~25℃的黑暗环境,寄主白茅根系分泌物可促进百蕊草种子萌发,提高发芽率。
Objective To investigate the optimal germination conditions of Thesium chinensis seeds.Methods Seeds were germinated under cultivate box with light.Results Germination rate of T.chinensis seeds reached 72.50%―75.00% at 20―25 ℃ under dark condition with robust seedlings.The secretions of host Imperata cylindrical root can promote germination of T.chinensis seeds,and the germination rate could reach 76.67%.Conclusion The optimal temperature of T.chinensis seeds germination is about 20―25 ℃ under dark condition.The secretions of I.cylindrical root can promote germination of T.chinensis seeds and improve germination rate.
