摘要
随着创新创业教育不断推进和普及,创新创业教育效果衡量和评价日益受关注,评价体系有待更加科学合理化。基于组织绩效评估结果指标、过程指标、结构指标等三个维度,运用Nvivo12软件分析33所地方高校的创新创业教育自评文本发现:高校更愿意用结果指标反映创新创业教育绩效,过程指标次之,结构指标则往往被忽略;而且,在创新创业教育绩效自我评价中,不同高校对三类指标重要程度的理解也有所不同。由此,反观高校创新创业教育的自我认知、绩效定位及价值取向,提出两个需要探讨的问题:一是创新创业教育评价的价值取向平衡问题;二是创新创业教育评价的指标权重平衡问题。
With the continuous promotion and popularization of innovation and entrepreneurship education,the measurement and evaluation of the effect of innovation and entrepreneurship education are increasingly concerned,and the evaluation system needs to be more scientific and rationalized.Based on the three indicator dimensions of organizational performance evaluation,that are result,process,and structure,using the Nvivo12 software to analyze the 33 local universities’self-assessment texts of innovation and entrepreneurship education,it was found that universities are more willing to use the result indicators to reflect the performance of innovation and entrepreneurship education themselves,followed by process indicators,and structural indicators are often ignored.Moreover,in the self-evaluation of the effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship education,different universities have different understandings of the importance of the three indicators.Thus looking back at the self-understanding,self-performance positioning and value orientation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities,two questions need to be raised:one is the balance of value orientation of the evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship education;the other is the balance of the index weight of the evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
