大直径顶板裂隙带走向长钻孔瓦斯抽采层位研究 被引量:3

Research on gas drainage technology with long boreholes in the strike of large-diameter roof fissure zone

摘要 为解决高河能源高强度开采导致综放工作面瓦斯涌出量大的问题,采用理论计算和相似材料模拟相结合的方法在E2306工作面进行了大直径顶板裂隙带走向长钻孔瓦斯抽采技术的研究。研究结果表明:裂隙带发育高为18~89.63 m,并结合煤层顶板岩性,确定钻孔最佳布孔层位在18~38 m;将优化层位在现场设计施工钻孔,钻场稳定阶段平均抽采纯量为7.64 m^(3)/min,最大抽采纯量达到10.72 m^(3)/min,平均抽采体积分数为3.49%,最大抽采体积分数达9.22%,大直径顶板裂隙带走向长钻孔累计抽采瓦斯911200 m^(3);通过对单孔抽采数据进行分析,进一步优化大直径顶板裂隙带长钻孔参数,垂直方向为煤层上方20~25 m,水平位置宜布置在30~50 m内,抽采后工作面隅角瓦斯平均体积分数为0.24%,瓦斯治理效果较好。 In order to solve the problem of large gas emission in fully mechanized caving face caused by high-intensity mining of Gaohe Energy,the research on the gas drainage technology of long borehole with large diameter roof fracture zone was carried out in E2306 working face.Based on the combination of theoretical calculation and similar material simulation,the development height of fracture zone is determined to be 18~89.63 m,and combined with the lithology of coal seam roof,the optimal hole layout horizon is determined to be 18~38 m.The optimized horizon was designed and drilled on site.The average extraction volume in the stable stage of the drilling site is 7.64 m^(3)/min,the maximum extraction volume reaches 10.72 m^(3)/min,the average drainage concentration is 3.49%,the maximum drainage concentration is 9.22%,and the gas drainage from the large-diameter roof fracture zone is 911200 m^(3).Through the analysis of single hole extraction data,the long drilling parameters of large-diameter roof fracture zone are further optimized.The vertical direction is 20~25 m above the coal seam,and the horizontal position should be arranged within 30~50 m.After drainage,the average gas concentration in the corner of the working face is 0.24%,and the gas control effect is good.The problem of large gas emission in the mining process of E2306 working face is solved,and the safe and efficient mining of the working face is ensured.
