摘要
ERP沙盘模拟实训课程是一种全新的体验式学习模式。结合高校引进的ERP沙盘模拟实训课程,认为ERP沙盘模拟实训平台有效地提高了大学生的自主学习和经营管理能力,培养了学生的团结协作精神和沟通交流能力。同时,结合其对大学生创新实践能力培养的意义,提出ERP沙盘模拟实训实施过程中存在的问题,并提出相应的对策和建议。
The ERP sand table simulation training course is a brand-new experiential learning model.This article combined with the ERP sand table simulation training course introduced by colleges and universities,analyzed and evaluated the ERP sand table simulation training platform.The platform effectively improves the self-learning and management capabilities of college students.Cultivated students’spirit of teamwork and communication skills.Combined with the significance of cultivating college students’innovative practice ability,the problems existing in the implementation of ERP sand table simulation training are put forward,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
