摘要
"企业经营沙盘模拟"是基于ERP管理思想和体验式学习理论发展起来的、近年来广泛应用于经济管理类专业教学的一门课程。结合教学实践,总结了企业经营沙盘模拟趣味性、竞争性、系统集成性、团队合作性等特点,提出了激发学生创新精神、锻炼学生实践能力、提高学生沟通技能等教学目标。
The sand table simulation for enterprise business has been widely spread to use in economic management teaching in resent years, it is based on ERP management thought and experiential-learning theory. Com- bined with teaching practice, this paper summarizes the course＇s features, such as interesting, competition, system integration and team cooperation. The teaching goals of inspiring students＇ innovation spirit , training practical ability and improving communication skills are put forward.
