摘要
OBE教育理念下酒店运营管理课程思政目标集中于情感成果、价值成果和学习成果,着力于培养学生协作精神、社会责任感、长远导向和职业道德。多重"三明治"式课程教学设计包括课程内的大"三明治"和模块内的小"三明治"思政教学设计。该文深入阐述了"学校教学周+酒店企业实践周+反思汇报周"(6+1+1)的大"三明治"课程思政教学实践和"理论讲授+实验室模拟+理论内化"的小"三明治"课程思政教学实践,学生在理论和实践的交替循环中实现知行合一。
The goals of"curriculum ideology and politics"of the Hotel Operations Management course under the OBE educational philosophy focus on emotional results,value results and learning results,cultivating students’collaboration spirits,social responsibility,long-term orientation and professional ethics.The multiple"sandwich"-style teaching design includes the big"sandwich"in the course and the small"sandwich"in the teaching module.The"curriculum ideology and politics"teaching practice of"university study week+hotel enterprise practice week+reflection and report week"(6+1+1)and the small"sandwich"of"theoretical teaching+laboratory simulation+theoretical internalization".As a result,students realize the unity of knowledge and action in the alternating cycle of theory learning and practice.
