高校“课程思政”的生成逻辑与实践对策研究 被引量:24

On the Generated Logic and Practical Countermeasure for“Curriculum’s Ideology and Politics”in Colleges and Universities

摘要 教育的根本目的和任务是立德树人,“课程思政”建设中专业课程与思想政治理论课同向同行,形成协同效应,最终体现立德树人的教育根本任务,是高校人才培养的新举措。“课程思政”相对于“思政课程”而言,既是一种创新,更是一种回归:创新是针对思想政治教育职能的泛化而言,即认可高校各学科都可实施思想政治教育之实,由此形成“同向同行”效应;回归是针对思想政治教育价值的聚合而言,即认可高校各学科思想政治教育价值的独特性,由此形成“协同育人”效果。在“同向同行、协同育人”的思想指导下,要切实把握高校“课程思政”的内涵、特点,建立国家、学校、学院三级联动保障机制,打造一支高素质的“课程思政”教师队伍,完善学校的“课程思政”教育体系,形成“思政课程”和“课程思政”双轮驱动,以点带面逐步开展有特色的“课程思政”;在面对难点时积极寻求对策,与各科课程协同发展,破除思政学科桎梏,整合高校思政教育资源,进而建立“三全育人”的新格局,共同推动“课程思政”与“思政课程”的发展,为中国特色社会主义事业发展输送人才。 The fundamental purpose and task of education is to educate people by virtue.During the construction of“curriculum’s ideology and politics”,professional courses peers with ideological and political theory courses to form a synergistic effect,and finally embodies the fundamental task of education,which is a new measure for the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities.Compared with“ideological and political curriculum”,“curriculum’s ideology and politics”is not only a kind of innovation,but also a kind of regression:innovation is aimed at the generalization of the function of ideological and political education,that is,the recognition that all subjects in colleges and universities can carry out ideological and political education,thus forming the“same peer”effect;regression is aimed at the aggregation of the value of ideological and political education,that is,to recognize the uniqueness of the value of ideological and political education in various disciplines in colleges and universities,thus forming the effect of“cooperative education”.Under the guidance of the thought of“peer-to-peer and co-educating people”,we should grasp the connotation and characteristics of“curriculum’s ideology and politics”in colleges and universities,establish the three-level linkage guarantee mechanism of the state,school and college,build a contingent of high-quality“curriculum’s ideology and politics”teachers,perfect the education system of“curriculum’s ideology and politics”in schools,and form a two-wheel drive of“ideological and political curriculum”and“curriculum’s ideology and politics”,and gradually carry out the characteristic“curriculum’s ideology and politics”;in the face of difficulties,we should actively seek countermeasures,develop in coordination with various courses,break the shackles of ideological and political disciplines,integrate the resources of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and then establish a new pattern of“cultivating talents with three full principles”to jointly promote the development of“curriculum’s ideology and politics”and“ideological and politic curriculum”,so as to foster talents for the development of socialist cause with Chinese characteristics.
