不同年龄段儿童呼吸道感染EB病毒IgM抗体与病毒DNA的关系研究 被引量:3

Study on the relationship between Epstein-Barr virus IgM antibody and virus DNA in children with respiratory tract infection of different ages

摘要 目的:探讨不同年龄段儿童呼吸道感染E B病毒(EBV)IgM抗体与病毒DNA的关系。方法:回顾性分析2018年5月~2019年12月本院180例儿童呼吸道感染患儿的临床资料,均采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清EBVIgM抗体,并经荧光探针P C R法检测EBV-DN A。分析不同年龄段患儿EBVIgM抗体、EBV-DNA检测结果及两种方法关系。结果:180例患儿EB V-DNA检测阳性率45.00%,高于EB VIgM抗体的28.89%(P<0.05);矣1岁、1~3岁患儿EB V-DNA检测阳性率高于EBVIgM抗体(P<0.05);>3~6岁患儿EBVIgM抗体、EBV-DNA阳性率高于矣1岁、1~3岁、6~12岁患儿(P<0.05);Spearson相关性分析显示,EBVIgM抗体、EBV-DNA阳性率呈正相关(P<0.05);EBVIgM抗体、EBV-DNA总符合率为82.78%。结论:3~6岁儿童呼吸道感染患儿EBVIgM抗体、EBV-DNA阳性率相对较高,且EBVIgM抗体、EBV-DNA阳性率呈正相关,两种方法总符合率较高。 Objective:To explore the relationship between the Epstein-Barr virus(EBV)IgM antibodies and the D NA of EBV in children of different ages.Methods:the clinical data of 180 children with respiratory tract infection in our hospital from May 2018 to December 2019 were analyzed retrospectively.Serum EBV IgM antibodies were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,and E B V-D N A was detected by fluorescent probe PCR.The results of EBV IgM antibodies and E B V-D N A detection and the relationship between the two methods were analyzed.Results:the positive rate of EB V-D N A in 180 children was 45.00%,which was higher than 28.89%of EBV IgM antibodies(P<0.05);the positive rates of E B V-D N A in children age<1 and>1-3 years old were higher than that of EBV IgM antibodies(P<0.05);the positive rates of EBV IgM antibodies and E B V-D N A in children over 3-6 years old were higher than that in children age<1,1-3 and>6-12 years old(P<0.05);the correlation analysis of spearson showed that EBV IgM antibodies and E B V-D N A were positive.The total coincidence rate of EBV IgM antibodies and EBV-D N A was 82.78%.Conclusion:The positive rates of EBV IgM antibody and EB V-D N A in children aged 3-6 years with respiratory tract infection are relatively high,and the positive rates of EBV IgM antibodies and EB V-D N A are positively correlated.
