摘要
目的探究中医药治疗化疗相关周围神经病变的用药规律,为临床用药提供参考。方法计算机检索中国知网、万方、维普等数据库,检索时间范围均为从该数据库建库到2019年10月1日。将符合纳入标准的文献中的处方录入古今医案云平台(V2.0),分析内容包括治法、用药频次、中药属性、常用药对和核心处方等。结果纳入治疗化疗相关周围神经病变内服方剂94首,外洗方61首。药物四气以温、平为主;五味以甘、辛为主;归经以肝经、脾经为主。关联分析得到核心处方2首。结论中药治疗化疗相关周围神经病变应注重从肝脾论治,以益气养血,活血化瘀通络为主要思路,核心处方有待进一步临床研究检验。
Objective To explore the medication rules of Chinese medicine in treating chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy(CIPN),so as to provide reference for the clinical treatment of CIPN.Methods The data of Chinese medicine prescriptions for the treatment of CIPN was collected by retrieving the databases of CNKI,Wanfang Data and VIP from the time for establishing to October 1st,2019.The prescriptions that met the inclusion criteria were input into the Cloud Platform of Ancient and Modern Medical Records(V2.0).The therapeutic method,the frequency of medication,the properties of Chinese medicine,commonly-used herbal combinations and core prescriptions were analyzed.Results A total of 94 prescriptions for internal use and 61 prescriptions for external washing were obtained for the treatment of CIPN.The four properties of the medicine were characterized mainly by warm and mild herbs,the five flavors were characterized mainly by sweet and pungent herbs,and most of the herbs had the meridian tropism of liver meridian and the spleen meridian.Two core prescriptions were obtained after association analysis.Conclusion The treatment of CIPN with Chinese medicine should pay more attention to the application of herbs with the tropism of liver meridian and spleen meridian,and the therapeutic principle for CIPN is to replenish qi and blood,promote blood circulation and remove stasis and dredge collaterals.The obtained core prescriptions can provide reference for the clinical medication for the treatment of CIPN.
