区块链技术在电子健康档案开放共享中应用的动力学分析 被引量:16

摘要 尽管近年来,我国电子健康档案建设取得了重大进展,但诸多阻力因素的存在使得各医疗机构间的电子健康档案互联互通率较低。区块链技术作为一种新兴技术,以其去中心化、不可篡改及可追溯性、去信任化及匿名性、开放性等技术特征可助力实现电子健康档案的开放共享。因此,文章从动力学分析角度出发,对区块链技术在我国电子健康档案开放共享过程中应用的动阻力因素进行了分析与探讨。首先对电子健康档案的概念、特点及其开放共享的价值以及区块链技术的概念、分类及特点进行简述;其次,对区块链技术在电子健康档案开放共享中应用的动力因素及阻力因素进行系统分析;最后,提出基于区块链技术的电子健康档案开放共享策略。 Despite the significant progress made in the construction of electronic health records in my country in recent years,the existence of many resistance factors has made the interconnection rate of electronic health records among various medical institutions low.As an emerging technology,blockchain technology can help realize the open sharing of electronic health files with its decentralization,non-tampering and traceability,de-trusting and anonymity,and openness.Therefore,from the perspective of kinetic analysis,this paper analyzes and discusses the dynamic resistance factors of the application of blockchain technology in the process of open sharing of electronic health records in my country.First,the concept,characteristics and the value of open sharing of electronic health files and the concept,classification and characteristics of blockchain technology are briefly described.Secondly,a systematic analysis of the dynamic factors and resistance factors of the application of blockchain technology in the open sharing of electronic health records.Finally,an open sharing strategy for electronic health files based on blockchain technology is proposed.
