核磁共振血管成像与螺旋CT血管成像技术诊断脑血管疾病价值 被引量:7

Value of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Angiography and Spiral CT Angiography in the Diagnosis of Cerebrovascular Diseases

摘要 目的分析核磁共振血管成像与螺旋CT血管成像技术诊断脑血管疾病价值。方法方便选择2018年4月-2019年4月该院收治的脑血管疾病患者90例,按随机数表分为两组。对照组45例采用螺旋CT血管成像技术诊断,研究组45例使用核磁共振血管成像术诊断,对两种诊断方法诊断结果进行比较。结果研究组诊断结果显示,在脑血管疾病患者45例中有脑出血患者11例(24.44%)、脑梗死患者22例(48.88%)、颅内动脉瘤患者12例(26.66%),研究组诊断准确率为100.00%(45/45);对照组诊断出脑梗死患者16例(18.18%)、脑出血患者8例(17.77%)、颅内动脉瘤患者8例(17.77%),对照组诊断准确率为71.11%(32/45)。研究组诊断准确率明显高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=15.195,P<0.05)。研究组脑血管患者45例中诊断大脑前动脉狭窄7例、大脑后动脉狭窄10例、颈内动脉狭窄5例,各数据比较均差异有统计学意义(χ^2=21.134、15.367、25.802,P<0.05)。结论核磁共振血管成像与螺旋CT血管成像技术相比,其诊断疾病准确率更高,可有效诊断脑部血管疾病患者脑动脉狭窄情况,能为临床诊断及治疗方案提供有效依据。 Objective To analyze the value of nuclear magnetic resonance angiography and spiral CT angiography in diagnosing cerebrovascular diseases.Methods From April 2018 to April 2019,90 patients with cerebrovascular disease were treated in the hospital.They were convenient divided into two groups according to the random number table.The control group was diagnosed by spiral CT angiography and the research group was diagnosed by MRI.For angiography diagnosis,the diagnosis results of the two diagnostic methods are compared.Results The diagnosis results of the research group showed that among 45 patients with cerebrovascular disease,there were 11 patients with cerebral hemorrhage(24.44%),22 patients with cerebral infarction(48.88%),and 12 patients with intracranial aneurysm(26.66%).The diagnostic accuracy of the group was 100.00%(45/45);the control group diagnosed 16 patients(18.18%)with cerebral infarction,8 patients(17.77%)with cerebral hemorrhage,and 8 patients(17.77%)with intracranial aneurysms.The control group was diagnosed accurately of 71.11%(32/45),the diagnostic accuracy of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=15.195,P<0.05);45 cases of cerebrovascular patients in the study group were diagnosed with 7 cases of anterior cerebral artery stenosis,10 cases of posterior cerebral artery stenosis,and 5 cases of internal carotid artery stenosis.The comparison of each data was statistically significant(χ^2=21.134,15.367,25.802,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with spiral CT angiography,MRI angiography has a higher accuracy in diagnosing diseases,can effectively diagnose cerebral artery stenosis in patients with cerebral vascular diseases,and can provide an effective basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment options.
