摘要
CT血管成像是指从被检者的静脉中快速注入一种对比剂,通过人体血液循环,在血管(动脉及静脉)中对比剂浓度达到最高峰值的时间内进行扫描,经工作站的后处理重建出血管的三维立体影像。CT血管成像可以同时显示血管腔内、腔外和血管管壁病变,既可实现大范围血管成像又可实现小血管小分支的精细显像,与常规CT成像技术相比有着明显的优势。头颈部血管病变是严重威胁患者生存质量的疾病,及时进行溶栓等治疗可以降低患者病死率。因为CT血管成像技术的优势,其被应用于头颈动脉狭窄等疾病的诊断中。与数字剪影血管造影检查相比,头颈部CT血管成像检查具有无创性的优点,适用于急诊且有数字剪影血管造影检查禁忌证的患者,能够快速完成诊断。本文对近5年来头颈CT血管成像技术的应用研究进行了综述,包括出血性脑血管疾病、缺血性脑血管疾病诊断,并对头颈CT血管成像技术的优缺点进行了分析,为临床相关疾病的诊疗提供帮助。
CT angiography refers to the rapid injection of a contrast agent from the subject's vein,scanning within the time when the contrast agent concentration in the blood vessels(arteries and veins)reaches the highest peak through human blood circulation,and reconstructing the three-dimensional image of the blood vessels through the post-processing of the workstation.CT angiography can simultaneously display the lesions in the vascular lumen,outside the lumen and vascular wall.It can not only realize large-scale vascular imaging,but also realize the fine imaging of small vessels and small branches,possessing obvious advantages compared with conventional CT imaging technology.Head and neck vascular diseases can seriously threaten the quality of life of residents,and thrombolysis performed in time can reduce the mortality rate of patients.Because of the advantages of head and neck CT angiography technology,it is used in the diagnosis of head and neck artery stenosis and other diseases.Compared with digital silhouette angiography,head and neck CT angiography has the advantages of non-invasiveness.It is suitable for emergency patients with contraindications to digital silhouette angiography,and can quickly complete the diagnosis.This article reviews the latest research on the application of head and neck CT vascular imaging technology in the past five years,including the diagnosis of hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease and ischemic cerebrovascular disease.It also analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of head and neck CT vascular imaging technology,so as to provide help for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical related diseases.
