核磁共振血管成像对诊断脑血管疾病的价值体现分析

摘要 目的:评价核磁共振血管成像在脑血管病变诊断中的应用价值。方法:随机选取2021年3月至2022年12月期间收治的100例脑血管疾病患者资料,各患者均接受血管造影检查(本研究金标准方法)和核磁共振血管成像检查,对比两种检查方式检出结果,并分析核磁共振血管成像检查对脑血管疾病诊断中的作用。结果:血管造影检查共检出98例阳性,占比98%;核磁共振血管成像检查共检出95例阳性,占比95%,两种方式的阳性检出率差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.3323,P>0.05)。核磁共振血管成像检查95例阳性结果中含94例真阳性、1例假阳性;且结果含1例真阴性结果、4例假阴性结果。其灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为95.92%、50%、98.95%、20%。94例经核磁共振血管成像检查真阳性的患者,其中58例梗死灶面积<20mm,36例≥20mm;梗死灶面积<20mm者血管狭窄率62.07%、血管正常率37.93%高于梗死灶面积≥20mm者血管狭窄率35.00%(χ^(2)=12.2312)、血管正常率11.11%(χ^(2)=7.9853),血管闭塞率0%低于梗死灶面积≥20mm者血管闭塞率63.89%(χ^(2)=49.0595),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在临床上,核磁共振血管成像可以用来对脑血管疾病进行检测,这种方法可以获得良好的诊断效果,且准确性高,且明确各患者血管状态,可为医护人员提供患者血管异常状况,但仍需结合患者实际情况选择最为合适的诊断方案,以便制定治疗方案。 Objective:To evaluate the application value of magnetic resonance angiography in the diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases.Methods:Randomly select data from 100 patients with cerebrovascular diseases admitted between March 2021 and December 2022,Each patient underwent angiography(the gold standard method of this study)and magnetic resonance angiography(MRI).The detection results of the two examination methods were compared,and the role of MRI in the diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases was analyzed.Results:A total of 98 cases were detected as positive in angiography,accounting for 98%;A total of 95 cases were detected as positive in magnetic resonance angiography,accounting for 95%.There was no statistically significant difference in the positive detection rates between the two methods(χ^(2)=1.3323,P>0.05).Among the 95 positive results of magnetic resonance angiography,94 were true positive and 1 was false positive;And the results include 1 true negative result and 4 false negative results.Its sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,and negative predictive value are 95.92%,50%,98.95%,and 20%,respectively.94 patients with true positive results in magnetic resonance angiography,of which 58 had a infarct area of<20mm and 36 had a infarct area of≥20mm;The vascular stenosis rate and normal blood vessel rate were 62.07%and 37.93%in patients with an infarct area of<20mm,which were higher than those with an infarct area of≥20mm,with a vascular stenosis rate of 35.00%(χ^(2)=12.2312)and a normal blood vessel rate of 11.11%(χ^(2)=7.9853).The vascular occlusion rate of 0%was lower than that of 63.89%(χ^(2)=49.0595)in patients with an infarct area of≥20mm,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In clinical practice,magnetic resonance angiography can be used to detect cerebrovascular diseases.This method can achieve good diagnostic results,high accuracy,and clarify the vascular status of each patient.But it is still necessary to choose the most suitable diagnostic plan based on the actual situation of the patient,It can provide medical staff with abnormal vascular conditions for patients to develop treatment plans.
