摘要
随着高职院校服务社会能力的重要性愈加凸显,教师的社会服务能力也需要不断加强。文章主要基于社会服务能力的概念认知,对高职院校教师的社会服务能力存在的问题进行简要分析,并提出三点提高教师社会服务能力的实践途径:转变教师对社会服务能力的态度、建立健全相应的政策制度、加强校企合作并拓宽服务社会工作的途径。
With the increasing importance of the ability to serve the society in higher vocational colleges,teachers'ability to serve the society also needs to be strengthened.Based on the concept of the ability to serve the society,this paper briefly analyzes the problems existing in the teachers'ability to serve the society in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward the following three practical ways to improve the ability:changing teachers'attitude,establishing and improving corresponding policies and systems,strengthening the cooperation between schools and enterprises and broadening the ways of serving social work.
