摘要
目的研究脑梗死患者采用丁苯酞与阿托伐他汀片联合治疗的效果。方法采用随机数字表法将我院收治的脑梗死患者82例分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。两组患者均予以常规治疗,对照组采用丁苯酞,观察组加用阿托伐他汀片。比较两组凝血功能[凝血酶时间(TT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)及活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)]及血液流变学[血小板聚集率、血浆纤维原蛋白、血浆黏度]变化情况。结果观察组治疗后TT、PT、APTT均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血浆粘度、血浆纤维蛋白原、血小板聚集率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死患者采用丁苯酞与阿托伐他汀片联合治疗,可有效改善凝血功能,促使血液流变学状态恢复,提升血液循环稳定性。
Objective To explore the effect of butylphthalide combined with atorvastatin tablets on patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 82 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,41 cases in each group.Both groups of patients received conventional treat⁃ment.The control group received butylphthalide,while the observation group received atorvastatin tablets on the basis of the control group.The coagulation function[thrombin time(TT),prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thrombo⁃plastin time(APTT)]and hemorheology[platelet aggregation rate,plasma fibrinogen,plasma viscosity]were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the TT,PT and APTT of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group;the plasma viscosity,plasma fibrinogen and platelet aggregation rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of butylphthalide and atorvastatin tablets in patients with cerebral infarction can effectively improve the blood coagulation function,promote the recovery of hemorheology and improve the stability of blood circulation.
