Attention Should Be Paid to Ethics and Morality in Instructional Design

摘要 教学设计作为手段具有伦理道德意义。教学设计不仅要从教好和学好出发,而且也要从道德、伦理的角度来思考。道德教育的教学设计和教学设计的合伦理性是不同的,二者是内容和手段的关系。教学设计的伦理性应表现在教学目标、内容、策略和媒体以及教学评价等诸多方面。然而,现代教学设计在教学目标、内容、策略和媒体以及评价实践中存在伦理缺失的问题。其根源在于教学设计伦理意义认识不足、伦理审查繁琐、忽视伦理基础以及评价缺乏伦理指标等有关联。教学设计伦理尺度以内生道德为关键,外生道德为基本条件,内外生道德相结合。提升教学设计的伦理,充分认识教学设计的伦理意义,对教学设计提出伦理审查的要求,明确教学设计的伦理正当性,在教学设计的评价中确立伦理指标的标准等都有重要的作用。 Instructional design is of ethical and moral significance.It not only aims to achieve good teaching and learning effects,but also should be appropriate from a moral and ethical point of view.The instructional design of moral education and the ethics of instructional design are different,being contents and means respectively.The ethics of instructional design should be reflected in many aspects such as teaching objectives,content,strategies,media,and teaching evaluation.However,in modern instructional design,the absence of ethics is a problem existing in all these aspects.The root cause lies in a lack of proper understanding of the ethical significance of instructional design,the cumbersome ethical review,the neglect of ethical foundation,and a lack of ethical indicators in evaluation.The ethical standards of instructional design take endogenous morality as the key,exogenous morality as the basic condition,and endogenous morality and exogenous morality should be integrated.We should improve the ethics of instructional design,fully understand the ethical significance of instructional design,put forward requirements for ethical review in instructional design,clarify the ethical legitimacy of instructional design,and establish ethical indicators in the evaluation of instructional design.
