摘要
卷烟条盒质量检测装置用于检测出条盒的油封跑偏、及油封散开、拉线断裂、拉线偏移等质量缺陷,并给予剔除。由于剔除装置翻板打开与关闭存在机电控制结构缺陷,时常将烟条夹坏,导致了大量的费烟消耗;同时布线混乱,影响美观。针对这些问题对现有检测装置进行了集成,并设计了一套新的剔除装置。改进后的检测装置可靠性、状态可视化、操作维护等方面得到了良好的提升。实验结果表明,剔除准确率到达了99.8%以上,同时大大降低了费烟消耗。
The quality detection device of cigarette carton can detect the quality defects such as oil seal deviation and dispersion, pull wire fracture and deviation, and remove them accurately. There are defects in the opening and closing of the flap of the rejection device, which often cause the cigarette carton to be broken, leading to a large amount of waste smoke consumption;at the same time, the wiring is disordered, affecting the aesthetics. To these problems, it integrates existing detection devices, and designs a new elimination device. The reliability, state visualization, operation and maintenance are improved. The experimental results show that the rejection accuracy is over 99.8%, and the consumption of tobacco is greatly reduced.
