摘要
卷烟烟丝的含水率直接影响卷烟的吸食品质和储存期限,卷烟软包小盒与硬包小盒相比,在包装密封度上明显存在不足。通过研究卷烟软包小盒的包装密封性及其在不同温湿度条件下的水分变化对比可以得知:相同环境下,随着卷烟小盒包装气密性值的增大,其水分变化范围相应增大;不同环境下,相同包装气密性值的小盒,其包装气密性在30~40 ml/min区间以上的,受温湿度环境影响明显。本文的相关研究方法,可以应用于确定软包卷烟在一定条件下应该达到的包装密封性值指标。
The moisture content of shredded tobacco plays an important role in the quality of smoke and duration of storage of cigarette products.It is known that the airtightness of soft cigarette package is not as good as that of hard package.In this study,the moisture contents of shredded tobacco in soft package were measured and recorded under different temperature and humidity conditions.The results indicate that the moisture content of shredded tobacco varies significantly with the decrease in airtightness of soft package.The moisture content is prone to be affected by ambient temperature and humidity conditions in the soft packages with airtightness values between 30 to 40 ml/min.The present study suggests a proper range of the airtightness value for soft cigarette package.
