摘要
新一轮科技革命对工科人才培养提出了新的要求,结合交通运输专业的实际办学情况,以新工科建设为契机,针对学生自我学习、实践能力培养问题,探讨空中交通管理专业教学模式改革的必要性,构建教学模式改革实施路线,研制在线学习平台并丰富资源库,建立量化评价指标,形成新的空中交通管理专业教学模式。实践证明,新的教学模式提升了学生的自主学习能力,提高了学生在课堂中的参与度,培养了学生的解决问题能力和创新性思维能力。
The new round of scientific and technological revolution has put forward new requirements for the training of engineering talents.Combined with the actual situation of running schools in the air traffic control direction of transportation specialty,taking the construction of new engineering subjects as an opportunity,aiming at the problems of students'self-study and practical ability training,this paper probes into the necessity of reforming the teaching mode,constructs the implementation route of the reform of teaching mode,develops the online learning platform,enriches the resource bank,and establishes quantitative evaluation indexes.The formation of a new air traffic control teaching model.Practice has proved that the new teaching mode improves students'autonomous learning ability,improves students'participation in the classroom,and cultivates students'problem-solving and innovative thinking ability.
