摘要
社区治理绩效是社区治理结果的表达,对社区治理绩效的内涵、分析框架和实现路径的关注有助于从理论上厘清社区治理绩效的复杂来源,促进实践中社区的有效治理。在探讨社区治理绩效以反映公共价值和持续性为主要内涵的基础上,构建社区治理绩效来源的分析框架,通过模糊集定性比较分析发现,多元权力主体在社区场域的活跃是实现社区治理绩效的必要条件,社区治理绩效实现的要素组合路径包括:基于社区多元权力主体的组织管理路径、基于社区多元权力主体和社区资源的价值建构路径、以社区多元权力主体和矛盾化解为基础的价值建构路径。社区需要结合自身特质,有针对性地提高相关要素来实现社区治理绩效。
Community governance performance is the expression of community governance results,attention to the connotation,analysis framework and realization paths of community governance performance helps to clarify the complex sources of community governance performance in theory and promote effective community governance in practice.Based on the discussion of the connotation of community governance performance,which mainly reflects public value and sustainability,this paper constructs an analysis framework of community governance performance sources.Through the method of Fuzzy-Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis(fsQCA),it is found that the activeness of multiple power subjects in the community is a necessary condition for achieving community governance performance;the paths of elements combination to achieve the performance of community governance includes:organization management path based on multiple power subjects of community,value construction path based on multiple power subjects of community and community resources,and value construction path based on multiple power subjects of community and conflict resolution.Communities need to improve relevant elements to achieve community governance performance according to their own characteristics.
