摘要
目的探究基于三维质量结构模式的持续质量改进对提高普外科护理管理质量的影响。方法选取我院2017年6月~2019年7月收治的110例患者,同时选取50名护理人员为研究对象,根据采用的护理模式将其分为采用三维质量结构模式进行护理的观察组(55例患者,25名护理人员)和采用常规护理方案的对照组(55例患者,25名护理人员)。根据针对患者的护理问卷调查和一般资料收集,比较分析两组患者和护理人员对护理方案的满意程度,对护士护理质量评分和患者护理感受评分以及护理风险事件的发生率进行比较。结果在护理方案的满意程度,观察组的患者和护理人员显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在护士护理质量评分上,观察组在消毒隔离、护理报告书写、综合技能水平、环境安全管理以及心理健康宣传上的评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);在患者护理感受评分上,观察组在护理环境、态度、质量和技术上的评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);在护理风险发生率上,观察组为9.09%低于对照组27.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用基于三维质量结构模式的持续改进可有效提高普外科护理管理质量水平和患者护理满意度,降低临床上护理风险的发生率,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To investigate the impacts of continuous quality improvement based on three-dimensional quality structure model on increasing nursing management quality of general surgery.Methods 110 patients admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to July 2019 and 50 nurses were selected as the research objects.According to the adopted nursing model,they were divided into the observation group with patients(n=55)and nurses(n=25)to which the nursing scheme based on three-dimensional quality structure model was adopted and the control group with patients(n=55)and nurses(n=25),to which the routine nursing scheme was adopted.According to the nursing questionnaire survey and general data collection,the satisfaction degrees of patients and nurses in the two groups with the nursing scheme were compared,and the nursing quality scores of nurses,the nursing feeling scores of patients and the incidence rate of nursing risk events were compared.Results The satisfaction degrees of the patients and nurses in the observation group with the nursing scheme were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing quality scores of nurses in the observation group was higher than the that in the control group in disinfection and isolation,nursing report writing,comprehensive skill level,environmental safety management and mental health publicity,and all of the above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing feeling scores of patients in nursing environment,attitude,quality and technology in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of nursing risk events in the observation group was 9.09%,which was lower than 27.27%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous quality improvement based on three-dimensional quality structure model effectively increase the nursing management quality level of general surgery and patient’s nursing satisfaction degree,and reduce the incidence rate of clinical nursing risk events,which is of higher clinical application value.
