摘要
目的探讨护理质量结构化评价标准体系在护理质量控制中的应用效果。方法常熟市第二人民医院护理部与信息中心、江苏卫宁软件公司合作构建基于护理质量信息系统的护理质量结构化评价标准,分别对2021年1月至6月未使用护理质量信息系统从护理部及各科室提取的数据和2021年7月至12月从护理质量信息系统各模块提取的数据进行比较。比较使用前后质控管理效率及管理者对质控整改问题的敏感性的识别。结果护理质量结构化评价标准体系实施后三级管理组织的结果资料整理汇总时间、重点问题梳理时间及反馈病区质量改进项目时间均短于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理质量结构化评价标准体系实施后的高频问题、关键问题发生率高于实施前,其他问题发生率低于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理质量结构化评价标准体系实施前后的高风险问题发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论基于临床护理质量信息系统建设构建结构化护理质量标准评价体系,可显著提高护理管理者质控管理效率及对质控整改问题的敏感性。
Objective To explore the application effect of structured evaluation standard system of nursing quality in nursing quality control.Methods The Department of Nursing of Changshu No.2 People's Hospital cooperated with the Information Center and JiangSu Weining Software Company to construct a structured evaluation standard of nursing quality based on the nursing quality information system.Data extracted from the Department of Nursing and various departments without using the nursing quality information system from January to June 2021 were compared with the data extracted from each module of the nursing quality information system from July to December 2021.The quality control management efficiency before and after use and the identification of the sensitivity of managers to quality control rectification problems were contrasted.Results After the implementation of the structured evaluation standard system of nursing quality,the time of data collection,the time of sorting out key problems and the time of feedback to the quality improvement project of the wards were all shorter than those before the implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation of the structured evaluation standard system of nursing quality,the incidence of high-frequency problems and key problems was higher than that before the implementation,and the incidence of other problems was lower than that before the implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of high risk problems before and after the implementation of structured evaluation standard system of nursing quality(P>0.05).Conclusion The construction of structured nursing quality standard evaluation system based on clinical nursing quality information system can significantly improve the efficiency of nursing managers quality control management and the sensitivity of quality control rectification.
