摘要
目的:探讨损伤控制理论模式下的综合护理对骨折患者生活质量、疼痛感知及心理状态的影响。方法:选取2020年2月-2021年6月骨折患者80例为对象,按照入院顺序分为观察组和对照组。对照组常规护理,观察组实施损伤控制理论模式下的综合护理干预,比较两组护理前后的生活质量、疼痛程度、心理状态及护理质量情况。结果:实施干预后,观察组生活质量评分较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组VAS评分较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组SAS、SDS评分较对照组高低(P<0.05);观察组护理质量评分评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:损伤控制理论模式下的综合护理干预可显著提高生活质量,减轻疼痛,减缓及消除不良情绪,对促进患者快速康复具有重要作用,值得临床大力推广和使用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing on quality of life,pain perception and psychological state of fracture patients under the model of injury control theory.Methods:80 patients with fracture treated in our hospital from February 2020to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group 40 cases each by admission sequence method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group carried out comprehensive nursing intervention under the theoretical mode of injury control,and compared the quality of life,pain degree,psychological state and nursing quality of the two groups before and after nursing.Results:The score of quality of life,the VAS score and the nursing quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The SAS,SDS score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing intervention under the theory mode of injury control can significantly improve the quality of life,relieve pain,slow down and eliminate bad emotions,and play an important role in promoting the rapid recovery of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
