摘要
目的探讨观察分析氧气驱动雾化吸入、吸痰、激光治疗小儿肺炎的护理方法及效果。方法选取2018年5月~2019年5月我院收治的小儿肺炎患儿92例,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组,对照组应用常规护理,研究组应用综合护理,比较两组患儿护理效果以及炎症反应发生情况。结果研究组疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组炎症因子hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于接受氧气驱动雾化吸入、吸痰、激光治疗的小儿肺炎患儿采用综合护理干预可以有效提高护理效果,降低患儿炎症反应,可以在临床中进行推广应用。
Objective To observe and analyze the nursing method and efficacy of oxygen atomizing inhalation(OAI),sputum aspiration and laser treatments for children with pneumonia.Methods 92 children with pneumonia admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing and the study group was given comprehensive nursing.The nursing efficacy and inflammatory reaction of the two groups were compared.Results The curative efficacy of the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of inflammatory factors such as hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αin the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing interventions for children with pneumonia who were given OAI,sputum aspiration and laser treatment effectively improve the nursing efficacy and reduce the inflammatory reaction of children,which should be promoted and applied in clinic.
