摘要
目的探究麻杏石甘汤加减配合常规西药治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法选取98例小儿肺炎患儿作为观察对象,以随机数表将患儿分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组患儿西药常规治疗,观察组患儿在西药常规治疗的基础上配合麻杏石甘汤加减治疗。结果观察组患儿的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的症状缓解时间早于对照组(P<0.05)。结论麻杏石甘汤加减配合常规西药对小儿肺炎的疗效显著,促进患儿及早恢复,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Maxing Shigan Decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia.Methods Ninety-eight children with pneumonia in children were selected as observation objects,and the children were divided into a control group and an observation group with a random number table,each with 49 cases.The children in the control group were treated conventionally with western medicine,and the children in the observation group were treated with the addition and subtraction of Maxing Shigan Decoction based on the conventional treatment with western medicine.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The remission time of the observation group was earlier than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Maxing Shigan Decoction combined with conventional western medicine has significant curative effect on pediatric pneumonia,promotes the early recovery of children,and has higher clinical application value.
