考虑索间耦合效应的双索货运索道系统设计 被引量:5

Design of Double Cable Freight Ropeway System Considering Coupling Effect Between Cables

摘要 针对双承载索货运索道的运输要求及结构特点,提出滑轮式连续双索货运索道系统,将常规2根独立承载索结构变为1根连续的承载索结构,通过承载索自调节装置实现承载索间张力及弧垂的自动调节。并设计了滚轮式双索鞍座,提高动态调节能力。该系统在运输过程中保证了承载索间弧垂一致,避免了运行小车的倾覆。建立了双索索道运行小车的转动位移及力矩平衡方程,形成了双承载索索道系统的整体分析方法。根据实际地形提出了4种设计工况并进行了分析计算,得出各工况下索道主要部件的受力状况,提出了工作索、自调节装置、鞍座等主要部件的选型参数,并通过有限元分析进行校核。结果表明,各部件能够满足结构强度要求,所设计索道系统的自平衡调节功能可以有效降低施工时承载索的弧垂调节难度和索间张力差,确保索道施工的安全稳定。 For the transportation requirements and structure characteristics of the double cable ropeway,a pulley type continuous double cable freight ropeway system is put forward.This system changes the conventional two independent cables into a continuous bearing cable,automatically adjusting the tension and sag of the bearing cable through the self-adjusting device of the bearing cable.Roller double cable saddle is designed to improve dynamic adjustment ability.During the transportation process,the system can ensure the sag consistency between bearing cables and avoid overturning of the running car.The equations of rotational displacement and moment balance of the trolley are established,and the integral analysis method of the double cable freight ropeway system is formed.According to the actual terrain,four working cases are put forward and analyzed.The stress status of main components of ropeway in various working cases is obtained,and the selection parameters of main components,such as working cable,self-adjusting device,saddle and so on,are put forward and checked by finite element analysis.The result shows that every component can meet the requirement of structural strength.The self-balance adjustment function of the designed ropeway system can effectively reduce the difficulty of the sag adjustment and the difference between cable tension,and ensure the safety and stability of the ropeway construction.
