基于过程模态的薄壁件铣削稳定性实验研究 被引量:5

Experiment on milling stability of thin-walled parts based on process variable mode

摘要 针对复杂航空薄壁结构件数控铣削时的振动问题,对薄壁件铣削时变化模态参数对加工稳定性的影响进行了实验研究。对薄壁件铣削工艺系统的动力学模型进行了推导,建立了薄壁件铣削振幅响应与工艺系统结构参数的函数关系,利用模态实验分析不同工序状态下模态参数的演变过程,揭示了铣削过程中模态刚度和模态质量的变化对模态频率的影响规律,并依据模态频率变化规律进行了最佳主轴转速范围的初选,在此基础上通过薄壁件的状态振幅响应曲线进一步优化了主轴转速取值范围,提出了薄壁件恒转速切削和变转速的可行性切削方案,利用薄壁叶片进行了工程化验证。研究结果表明:基于模态参数结合薄壁件振幅响应曲线进行最佳主轴参数选择策略是可行的,能够为薄壁件铣削时参数的合理选择提供依据。 Aiming at the problem of vibration in NC milling of complex aeronautical thin-walled structure parts,the influence of changing modal parameters on machining stability of thin-walled parts during milling was experimentally studied,and the dynamic model of thin-walled part milling process system was deduced and established milling of thin-wall partts amplitude response function and structure parameters of process system,the impact of changes in the milling process modal stiffness and modal mass on modal frequencies was revealed by the evolution process of analysis of modal parameters under the condition of different process of modal experiment,and based on the variation of modal frequency,the primary spindle speed range was selected,the value range of spindle speed was further optimized through the state amplitude response curve of thin-walled parts,and a feasible cutting plan for thin-walled parts with constant speed cutting and variable speed was put forward,and engineering verification was made by using thin-walled blades. The results indicate that the optimal spindle parameter selection strategy based on modal parameters combined with the amplitude response curve of thin-walled parts is feasible,which can provide a basis for reasonable selection of parameters for thin-walled parts milling.
