摘要
地方高校有着自身独特的科技资源和发展优势,加速其科技资源转化能够有效推动区域产业创新发展与产业升级。当前部分地方高校存在科技资源分散、共享程度不高、科技成果转化促进机制不健全以及科技资源产业转化利用率偏低等问题,这就需要从健全和完善地方高校科技成果转化促进机制、提高地方高校科技资源转化共享和利用效率、加强区域科技创新及成果转化平台建设、支持区域经济发展中产学研联盟的创建、推动服务产业集群为主的地方高校科研建设五大方面来做好地方高校科技资源转化工作,以有效推动区域产业发展。
Local colleges and universities have their own unique scientific and technological resources and development advantages.Accelerating the transformation of their scientific and technological resources can effectively promote the innovation and development of regional industries and industrial upgrading.At present,some local colleges and universities have problems such as the dispersion of scientific and technological resources,the low degree of sharing,the inadequate promotion mechanism for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and the low utilization rate of the transformation of scientific and technological resources.In order to effectively promote the development of regional industries,it is necessary to do well in the transformation of scientific and technological resources in local colleges and universities from five aspects including perfecting the promotion mechanism for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in local colleges and universities,improving the transformation-sharing-utilization efficiency of scientific and technological resources,strengthening the construction of regional scientific and technological innovation and achievement transformation platforms,supporting the establishment of the industry-university-research alliance in regional economic development,and promoting the research and development of local universities based on service industry cluster.
