摘要
基于对CNKI数据库1998—2019年发表的8478篇有关创新人才与区域产业协同发展的CSSCI期刊文献计量分析,揭示国内学者在该领域的研究现状,并对未来研究方向进行展望,以供学者参考借鉴。分析结果显示,该领域总体发文量呈现逐渐上升趋势,学者间的合作程度较弱,学术团队间的联系较为薄弱;研究热点主要集中在创新人才培养、创新驱动和区域产业发展三方面。创新人才是创新驱动的核心,加大创新人才支撑,能够有效促进区域产业和区域经济的发展,提升区域产业竞争优势。
Based on the bibliometric analysis of 8478 CSSCI journals published in the CNKI database from 1998 to 2019 on the collaborative development of innovative talents and regional industries,this paper reveals the current research situation of domestic scholars in this field,and makes a outlook about the future research direction,and provides some references for scholars.The results show that the number of publications in this field has been on the rise,the cooperation among scholars is little,and the relationship between academic teams is weak.The research focus is mainly on the cultivation of innovative talents,innovation drive and regional industrial development.Innovative talents are the core of innovation drive,and increasing the support of innovative talents can effectively promote the development of regional industry and regional economy,and enhance the competitive advantage of regional industries.The future research can carry out quantitative analysis on the factors of cultivating innovative talents,explore the cultivation system of innovative education talents from the micro level,and explore the empirical research about the innovative talents on the regional industrial development and evaluation of innovation-driven effect,as well as the cross research in multiple fields.
