摘要
为了比较不同编班模式对民族院校大学生民族心理距离的影响,为民族院校学生管理提供借鉴和参考,采用问卷调查法对西藏民族大学单独编班和混合编班共687名大学生进行调查。结果发现,混合编班模式在缩小民族心理距离方面具有积极影响,但仍然有待进一步深化和细化;汉族大学生比少数民族大学生在民族心理距离上的得分高,说明需加重视汉族大学生的民族团结教育;城镇大学生在民族心理距离得分上大于来自农牧区的大学生,应采取有效措施改变城镇大学生对农牧区大学生刻板印象,提升农牧区大学生的跨文化交往自信与能力水平。
In order to compare the influence of different class-grouping methods on the psychological distance of college students for nationalities,and to provide reference for the management of college students for nationalities,a questionnaire was conducted among 687 students in divided and mixed classes of Xizang Minzu University.The results show that the mixed class-grouping method has a positive impact on narrowing the psychological distance of ethnic groups,but it still needs to be further deepened and refined.The higher scores of the Han students in the national psychological distance than those of the minority nationalities indicates that the national unity education of the Han nationalities is urgent.The scores of the urban students in the national psychological distance are higher than those from the agricultural and pastoral areas.Effective measures should be taken to change the stereotyped impression of urban college students on agricultural and pastoral college students and to improve their cross-cultural communication self-confidence and ability.

作者简介
樊萌萌,西藏民族大学硕士研究生,主要研究青少年思想意识教育问题;许可峰,男,1972年生,甘肃庆阳人,教育学博士,西藏民族大学教授,硕士生导师,现任教育学院副院长,《西藏高等教育研究》副主编,研究方向为文化多样性与教育关系问题。2005年—2011年在西北师范大学攻读教育史硕士、博士学位,开始民族教育问题的学习和研究。2011年博士毕业后到西藏民族大学任教。先后在《比较教育研究》《国家教育行政学院学报》《民族教育研究》《西南民族大学学报》等刊物发表学术论文四十余篇,其中多篇被中国人民大学书报资料复印中心《民族问题研究》《教育学》和《中小学教育》全文转载。作为主要成员参与省部级及以上项目18项,主持完成国家社科基金项目、教育部人文社会科学项目各1项。专著《核心与边缘:清代前中期民族文教政策研究》2017年由民族出版社出版。曾获甘肃省高校哲学社会科学优秀成果二等奖、陕西省高校哲学社会科学优秀成果二等奖、西藏自治区基础教育教学改革成果二等奖各1项。主要研究民族教育政策、传统德育思想以及民族高等教育、基础教育等问题。
