摘要
为切实提升中职学校教师专业素质能力,分析了中职教师素质提高计划培训实践中面临的挑战,遵循PDCA思想理念,提出将培训流程分为四个阶段,即计划(plan)、实施(do)、监控(check)、改进(action),根据中职教师素质提高计划的实施组织工作,将培训前计划、培训中监控、培训后评价等纳入循环进行全面分析,就存在的问题提出对策。学员综合评教表明,有关指标较上一年度提高4个百分点,验证了基于PDCA思想循环改进的培训实践程式具备良好的信效度。
In order to effectively improve the professional quality of secondary vocational school teachers,the paper analyzes the challenges faced in the training practice of the quality improvement plan for secondary vocational school teachers,and proposes that the training process is divided into four stages,that is,“plan,do,check and action”.According to the implementation and organization of the quality improvement plan for secondary vocational teachers,the pre-training plan,in-training monitoring and post-training evaluation are integrated into the cycle for a comprehensive analysis,and countermeasures and methods are proposed for the existing problems.The students’comprehensive evaluation of teaching showed that the relevant indicators increased by more than 4%compared with the previous year,which verified that the circularly improved training practice program based on PDCA has good reliability and validity.
