摘要
“真讲真做,理实螺旋”的培训模式是湖南省职业院校教师素质提高计划“送培到校,精准培训”项目的实施模式,本研究介绍了“真讲真做,理实螺旋”培训模式的提出背景、内涵、实施过程及实施效果,以期推进职业教育改革,推进职业院校教师素质提高及“双师型”教师队伍的建设。
The training mode of"real lecture and real work,theory and practice spiral"is the implementation model of the Hunan Provincial Vocational College Teacher Quality Improvement Program-"Send training to school,precisely train".This study introduces the background,connotation,implementation process and effects of the"real lecture and real work,theory and practice spiral"training mode,with a view to promoting vocational education reform,improving the quality of teachers in vocational colleges and building a"double-qualified"teaching team.
