An Analysis of the Emotional Labor of Primary and Secondary School Teachers

摘要 情绪劳动是劳动者通过调整自身情绪,使之与工作岗位的要求相一致,即要付出努力才能实现其非自然状态的情绪表达,是一种特殊的劳动形式。情绪劳动是中小学教师劳动的重要组成部分,是教师除了脑力劳动和体力劳动之外要付出的第三种劳动,对学校绩效水平、教师专业发展及学生个体成长有重要影响。经分析发现,保健因素、工作负担、组织支持等因素影响中小学教师情绪劳动。基于此,提出提升中小学教师情绪劳动质量的优化策略:重识中小学教师情绪劳动、加强中小学教师情绪劳动管理的培训、给学校和教师“赋权增能”及建立科学有效的教育管理体系。 Emotional labor is a special form of labor,in which workers adjust their own emotions to meet the requirements of their jobs,that is,they have to work hard to express their unnatural emotions.Emotional labor is an important part of primary and secondary school teachers'labor.It is the third kind of labor that teachers have to offer besides mental and physical labor.It has an important impact on school performance,teachers'professional development and students'growth.Through analysis,it is found that health care factors,work burden,organizational support and other factors affect the emotional labor of primary and secondary school teachers.This paper puts forward some optimization strategies to improve the emotional labor quality of primary and secondary school teachers:recognizing and giving weight to emotional labor,strengthening the training of emotional labor management,empowering and energizing schools and teachers,and establishing a scientific and effective educational governance system.
