摘要
外阴白斑是以女性外阴皮肤发生萎缩变薄进而色素减退发生白色病变的一种慢性硬化性皮肤病,有可能发生癌变,该病的发病原因并不清楚,通常情况下妇女绝经后多发生此病。目前此病的治疗多种多样。临床上该病的治疗趋向于中西医结合治疗,也取得较好效果。在中西医结合治疗中,一般采用中药联合红外线治疗、中药联合聚焦超声治疗、中药联合氦氖激光照射治疗和中药联合西药治疗。当前的中西医结合治疗是以西医物理治疗配合中药涂抹熏洗为主。
Vulvar leukoplakia is a kind of chronic sclerotic skin disease in which the skin of vulva shrinks and thins and the pigmentation declines and the white lesions occur.It is possible to have canceration.The cause of this disease is not clear.Usually,this disease often occurs in postmenopausal women.At present,the treatment of this disease is various.Clinically,the treatment of the disease tends to the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and has achieved good results.In the treatment of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,traditional Chinese medicine combined with infrared rays,traditional Chinese medicine combined with focused ultrasound,traditional Chinese medicine combined with He Ne laser irradiation and traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine are generally used.At present,the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is mainly based on Western medicine physical therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine.
